How to Build a Character

  1. Choose your species
  2. Most PCs use three sets of Attributes: Mental, Physical, and Social. Assign CC points to each of these as primary, secondary, and tertiary. Primary gets 5 points, secondary gets 4, tertiary gets 3 points.
  3. Assign CC points to Skills, which are again separated into Mental, Physical, and Social. Your primary skill group gets 11 points, secondary gets 7, and tertiary gets 4.
  4. Calculate Health, Willpower, Size, Speed, Defense, and Initiative
  5. Assign 10 Merits points
  6. Choose your special abilities depending on Species
