The Southwest Tertiary Remote Austin Nexus of Gehennan Entities, or S.T.R.A.N.G.E., is Austin's only 'public', at least as far as other supernaturals are concerned, Demon Agency. It has dedicated itself to the protection of Demons and other demon-related supernaturals such as Stigmatics, as well as the regulation of Demons in the city so that organizations such as the Guardians of the Veil do not, unfairly, deem it necessary to persecute all demons based on the action of a few, as was done with the Aether Trap.
They are closely aligned with WEIRD, with almost all of their founding members being members of WEIRD, especially the Glorious Queen of Darkness herself.

On the Creation of Soul Pacts: Lives are precious, and should be treated as such. Soul Pacts, in one way or another, regardless of your beliefs or theories on their mechanics, end a life. Therefore, Soul Pacts are to be enacted only with those that fully understand the implications, and their terms must be shared and logged with STRANGE.,
On Manipulation of Minds: Our 'Powers' inevitably affect the minds of tens, hundreds, and perhaps even thousands of people at a time, just to function. This is not something to be taken lightly. Use of our powers to significantly and provably influence the minds of other supernatural entities is prohibited unless said entity is an active enemy of either STRANGE, or WEIRD, is done in self defense, or is done with consent, such as in the case of Pacts. Mass, large scale manipulation is prohibited if it threatens to also impact other supernatural entities negatively, or threatens to revel the existence of the supernatural to non-supernatural entities. They deserve to know the truth, but not today.,
On the Killing of Sapients: Killing is an inevitability of our activity. To fight against the God-Machine means that violence and bloodshed will be had. As with Souls, however, lives are precious. Killing a sapient being should not be normalized. The killing of any sapient being is prohibited unless they are an active enemy of either STRANGE or WEIRD, unless undertaken in defense. Even killings done in defense will be investigated, and may be punishable, should it be found that it was unnecessary.,
On the Dissemination of Knowledge: Knowledge is a basic Right of all Sapient beings. However, Knowledge that reveals the existence of the Supernatural to the Non-Supernatural can be harmful to them, and ourselves. Until such a time that the God-Machine is fallen, and it becomes safe to share this information, it is prohibited to share the Knowledge of Demons to Non-Supernaturals. It is also prohibited to create Stigmatics of those that do not already know of us beforehand, and do not consent with full awareness of the implications.,
