Lulu hails from Oslo, Norway. Her path from there to a city in Texas is not an issue on which she is forthcoming (though her accent is distinctive).

Lulu has not expressed any opinions on WEIRD or other factions within Austin. However, she is known to be very pro-Mysterium and has a laissez-faire attitude towards magical regulation.

Lulu has two long-standing Vows that guide her behavior. She is a **pacifist** and entirely non-violent, even in self-defence. She is also **veracious** and obligated to honesty in her words, though this is rather offset by her reticent nature.

The "hippie with the hair", Lulu's dress sense is casual and her manner is soft-spoken and mellow. She wears funky jewellery and is distinctly non-confrontational in her dealings.

Lulu is not in the habit of flaring her Nimbus. In fact, it never seems to pop up, even when she casts spells... What her Nimbus feels like is thus anyone's guess.
