One night a man tried to take advantage of her, she fought him off, accidentally killing him in the process. Luckily for her, the man was being hunted by a vampire. Sasha took Jude in and while it took years for it to develop as such, Jude viewed that as the start of her first relationship. Sasha put Jude through school, helped her transition, and on her 18th birthday, fed from her for the first time. On her 23rd birthday Jude became her Ghoul.
